1. Who we are

2. Products and pictures

We sell complete room sets. Each set page lists the pieces included, their sizes and the available fabrics or finishes.

Photos and drawings are for illustration. Some pictures are computer-generated to show a design before it is made. We confirm the exact design, fabric and sizes with you in writing before production, and your set is made to match that confirmation. Colors can look slightly different on screens, and natural materials such as wood and fabric vary a little from piece to piece. Sizes may vary by up to 2 cm.

3. Prices and VAT

All prices are in Saudi riyals (SAR) and include 15% value added tax (VAT).

The price on the website is an estimate until we confirm your order. Delivery to major cities is included unless we tell you otherwise when confirming your order. Any extra cost, such as delivery to a remote area, is agreed with you before you pay.

4. How an order is made

• Sending your cart to us on WhatsApp is an order request. It is not yet a binding order.
• We reply to confirm the pieces, sizes, fabric, final price, payment terms and delivery date in writing.
• Your order is binding once you accept our confirmation and pay the agreed deposit. Production starts after that.
• We may decline an order, for example if a fabric is no longer available. If we do, we refund anything you paid in full.

5. Payment

We do not take payment on this website. Payment instructions are sent with your order confirmation. We will never ask for card details over WhatsApp.

You receive an invoice that shows the VAT amount.

6. Delivery and assembly

The estimated delivery time is 3–5 weeks from order confirmation. We tell you the expected date when we confirm your order and inform you promptly of any delay.

Please check every piece when it is delivered and tell us about any damage within 7 days, with photos.

7. Made-to-order items, cancellations and returns

Every set is made specially for you in the fabric or finish you choose. Your rights to cancel and return are explained in our Returns and cancellations policy, which is part of these terms.

8. Warranty

Each set has a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery. This does not limit your rights under Saudi law.

The name Mesken, the logo, the website design, text, drawings and our own photos belong to us or are used with permission from their owners, such as our manufacturers. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Sharing a link to our pages is welcome.

10. Liability

We are responsible for delivering what we confirmed in your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, such as customs inspections or severe weather, but we will keep you informed and you may cancel for a full refund if the delay is unreasonable. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under Saudi consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If there is a dispute, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also contact the Ministry of Commerce.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it. Last updated: 6 October 2026.
