Privacy policy
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights. We follow the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
Who is responsible

What we collect
- When you order: the sets and fabrics you choose, and the name, city and note you type in the cart (all optional). This is saved with an order number so we can process your order.
- On WhatsApp: your phone number and the messages you send us, which we use only to handle your order and questions.
- Visit statistics, only if you agree: anonymous information such as pages viewed, sets added to the cart, and which website or app sent you (for example Instagram). We do not use this to identify you.
- On your device: your cart, language and privacy choice are stored in your browser so the site works. They are not sent to us.
Why we use it
- To process, deliver and support your order (needed to fulfil our agreement with you).
- To improve the store and understand which sets interest people (only with your consent).
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers who help us run the store, such as our hosting and database providers and WhatsApp, and with delivery companies when we deliver your order. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We share data with authorities only when the law requires it.
Some of these providers store data outside Saudi Arabia. Where this happens, we rely on the transfer conditions allowed under the PDPL.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as Saudi tax and commercial laws require. Visit statistics are kept for up to 24 months.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw your consent to visit statistics at any time. To change your choice about statistics, use the “Privacy choices” link at the bottom of every page. For anything else, contact us and we will reply within 30 days.
You can also complain to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
