Returns and cancellations

Before production starts

You can cancel free of charge at any time before production of your order starts. We refund everything you paid within 14 days, using the same payment method.

We tell you on WhatsApp when production starts.

After production starts

Because each set is made specially for you in your chosen fabric or finish, it is a customised product. Under Saudi e-commerce rules, customised products are excluded from the standard right to return a product you simply changed your mind about.

This means that after production starts, an order cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind. You are asked to confirm that you understand this before sending an order.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

• Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with photos, if anything arrives damaged, faulty, or different from your confirmed order.
• We will repair, replace, or refund the affected piece, at no cost to you, including any collection and delivery.
• Manufacturing defects that appear later are covered by our 1 year warranty.

Delays

If your order is late by more than 15 days beyond the delivery date we confirmed, and we have not agreed a new date with you, you may cancel and receive a full refund.
